We had a great experience staying at Viktoria. the room was spacious and had a small kitchenette with all the necessary appliances and supplies. the private bathroom was a plus. the location of the hostel was perfect, within walking distance of the Stadthalle where we attended a concert. There was also a parking garage nearby. the hostel was easy to find and had a convenient automatic check-in system with a code. The quiet street and proximity to public transportation were additional highlights. Cons: Can honestly say there wasn't anything not to like. 😊.

As a tourist, I really appreciated the convenient location of Viktoria. It was just a 10-minute walk to the UBahn hub at Westbahnhof, making it easy to explore the city. The nearby Mariahilfe Strasse offered a vibrant atmosphere with plenty of restaurants and cafes to choose from. The rooms at Viktoria were well-equipped with a mini kitchen, including an electric cooker, microwave, water heater, and fridge. The central heating worked perfectly, ensuring a comfortable stay. I also loved the modern and clean bathroom, and the huge flat screen in the room was a nice touch. The owners of Viktoria deserve praise for their attention to detail and polite service.
I felt well taken care of during my stay, and the staff went above and beyond to ensure my comfort. Nothing was too much trouble.

The rooms at Viktoria are cozy and comfortable, with a homely feel that made us instantly relaxed and at ease. As a family, we loved that the rooms had a private bathroom and bed linen included, making our stay hassle-free and convenient. The kitchenette in the twin/double room was perfect for preparing simple meals, allowing us to save money and enjoy some home-cooked food. The presence of a washing machine in the double room was a pleasant surprise, making it easy for us to do laundry during our stay. The triple room had an electric kettle, which was great for making a quick cup of tea in the mornings.
Personally, I found the tile/marble floors in some rooms a bit cold, but others might enjoy the coolness during hot summer days.

The room was spacious and well-maintained, with a big TV and a dining table. We were pleasantly surprised to find complimentary water, coffee, and tea upon arrival. the location was convenient, with a short walking distance to public transportation hubs and a vibrant street with restaurants and cafes.
The room was not properly cleaned, with spiderwebs and dirt in the corners. the beds had strands of hair and the sheets and walls had brown stains.

We had a GREAT sleep in the comfortable bed and enjoyed watching shows on the flat-screen TV. The location was convenient, with the transit station only a short walk away. Plus, the option for paid parking right outside was a bonus. Highly recommended for budget travelers! No pets allowed and no smoking on site.

Our stay at Viktoria was budget-friendly and included all the necessary amenities like a refrigerator, microwave, heating plate, utensils, TV, and fan. The location was convenient with Vienna transit just a short walk away. The friendly welcome made us feel at home. We also appreciated the availability of paid parking right outside the hostel. a highly recommended option for budget travelers.
While the bed was comfortable, it was a bit too soft for our liking. Additionally, the provided bed linen could have been better.
